Please note that by visiting the myHealthcare portal website (the “Site”) or using any of the personal health data viewing and reporting services available on myHealthcare (collectively, the “Service”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) and expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information about you as described in this Policy.
